Rising with the sun, we will start the day with a meditation session, a centering and grounding experience with the aim of connecting with ourselves and in turn the surrounding environment. In a progressive approach Santiago will help remove layers of tensions through breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. A rejuvenating session that brings the practitioner in contact with the vitality and spaciousness of his/her inner body and mind.
