The Yoga sessions will focus on refining our perceptions internally and externally, as well as finding more balance, strength and flexibility. Working individually or in small groups, Santiago will guide us to a correct understanding and practice of postures, as a tool to a deepening awareness of our body, breathing and mind. Ultimately this will lead to reknewing and reconnecting our essential link with nature.

Each session of the Mandala program is accessible to all.

Although we recommand to take part in the full program, you are free to join in and out the classes to fit your own rythme.
